I spent several days looking at different companies to transport my car. I went with AmeriFreight because they we were upfront with all the possibilities and details of shipping a car. My sales contact was also very helpful and thoroughly answered all my questions. This was an enlightening experience for me. The experience also showed that trying to do this myself would not have been fun because a few carriers took the job then later canceled!! AmeriFreight was on top of it and immediately got my car back on the boards. In the end I am one that believes things happen for a reason because the carrier, VIP Haul Inc., that picked up the car was excellent and the car was from LA to PA in 2.5 days. When the driver hit stalled traffic on the PA interstate, he called (an hour PRIOR to the previously scheduled time) with the updated time and everything went great. If I ever need to ship a car again, AmeriFreight will have my business.
