Transportation Company Late with 1st Class Order

AmeriFreight was good to deal with in terms of setting up the pickup. The transportation company that was used was horrible. I paid first class rates and specifically requested that the vehicle be delivered to the destination 8 days after pickup and had confirmation from Omega Transportation that it would be there on time.

After flying in to the destination to pickup the car, I was constantly assured throughout the day after the first missed delivery time had passed that the vehicle will be there a 1-2 hours later than originally planned. This went on all day and finally Omega said its not going to be there. I was stuck at my pickup airport for over 24 hours waiting for my vehicle.

This was brutal....all I wanted was an accurate date that the vehicle was going to be delivered and didn't receive it. If you go through AmeriFreight, don't let them set you up with Omega Transportation.

We were very sorry to hear how this order transpired. Our dispatch worked to secure a carrier that would be available to meet the customer within a particular time frame. There was a delay last minute that caused a huge inconvenience to the customer as described by the customer. Our office will be compensating this customer for the delay and inconvenience.
