We are disappointed whenever a customer's experience is anything less than excellent. We expect our carriers to communicate any delays with the customer and when they do not, they are reconsidered for future use. Unfortunately when shipping, unexpected delays can happen. The customer shipped at the Economy rate, which has estimated pickup and delivery dates. For customers that need a guaranteed pickup date, we recommend shipping at the Priority rate. Under the Economy rate, the customer is shipping on the carrier's schedule. With the Priority rate, the carrier works to accomodate the customer's schedule. We do apologize for the inconvenience this situation caused the customer.
