I was quite surprised by the responsiveness and effectiveness of the AmeriFreight team. Answers to all of my questions have been answered immediatelly and there was no IVR to keep me running in the circles when I was calling them. Process was clearly explained to me and they also sent me a written document with instructions and projected timeline. Transport company they selected was very professional and they acctually delivered car 4 days before the schedule - I'm really thankful for that. It took me longer to get the car shipped by dealer from Miami than the one that was shipped from the other side of continent through AmeriFreight. And yes, initially my thinking was that I should go for a local company (GA-based), so if there are any problems I could clear them up without waiting on the phone - however, after this job folks from AmeriFreight could work from moon (but not India) and I would still do work with them.
