Bait & Switch: Expect 55-116% higher charges than your 'estimate'. Hook: Expect no pick-up/response time and final cost until the day before you have your car shipped so you're committed. Not willing to pay $350 broker fee + $1500 for transportation when I was quoted $1100. Very stressed as all my plans were ruined the day before. I can't cancel my $380 flight ticket nor hotel reservation.
