I had to find a way to get my car across the country (PA to WA) after it was repaired following a run in with a deer while on a road trip. Rosie helped answer all my questions and was an incredible communicator. I hope to never need to work with her again, but was extremely appreciative of her warm and truly excellent communication. It's pretty rare that customer support is calling you, let alone to simply say "no bids today, but I'm optimistic we'll get something tomorrow!" After experiencing a communicational nightmare with insurance, Rosie was a gift. I'm sure she has flaws llike the rest of us, but I honestly can't imagine what they heck they would be! Possibly the easiest 5 star review I've ever been able to give.
