instead of my car got delievred on July 26th, 2009, it reached arizona on July 20th, 2009. So it basically sat on the truck which was parked on the street for 5 days.

As per my contract, the car was supposed to be washed before getting delievered. But it was a mess. It was soo dirty that driver even apologized for giving me in this condition and he didnt even know that he was supposed to wash it. And he advised me to talk to Ameri Frieght for this.

The day I got my car, it didnt drive properly so i took it to thejag dealer and they mentioned that my fuel pump is messed up which could be that someone has put regular gas in it. And in my car you only put promium gas. But as didnt put gas in my car after coming to phoenix, then who did form the period of July 20th, 2009 till July 26th, 2009.

I was stupid enough not to note down the mileage when i shipped my car from OHIO to ARIZONA as my friend highly recommend about this company. But I was disappointed.

My recommendation would be shop around more before sending your vehicle or be ready to spend extra money to fix your car after they deliever it.

Every customer deserves to have an excellent shipment; unfortunately this did not happen in this customer's case. We are currently working to follow up with this shipment. The customer asked to have his vehicle delivered on 7/26. In order to accomodate the customer's time frame, the carrier was willing to hold the vehicle until the 26th. The customer is correct. The vehicle should have been rinsed at delivery and this is one of the things we are following up with the carrier. Our preferred carriers do not drive the vehicles except for loading and unloading purposes. If a carrier fails to provide excellent service, they are removed from our Preferred Carrier list. A claim for damage can always be made as long as the damage is marked at delivery on the Bill of Lading.
