Overall, I have to say I was pleased with my experience shipping a car with AmeriFreight. Initially I had a hard time getting anyone to call me back to confirm that the shipment was still on schedule, and that really concerned me, but everything turned out good in the end. They had a hard time finding a truck at the price they initially quoted, so it was the following Monday before the car was picked up (7 days after first pickup date). The truck driver was really good, though. He called ahead of time to notify about pickup and delivery times, and was on time or early on both ends. I spoke to one of their reps after the fact, and he said that they were aware of the communication issues and were working to resolve them. Given the fact that they got the car here on time, I'd definitely be willing to use them again in the future.
