Being my first time shipping a car cross-country, I was initially quite nervous with the entire process, and had several concerns regarding the safety and logistics of delivering my Honda Accord from California to Georgia. Luckily, the Amerifreight team was extremely helpful in addressing all my concerns and provided me with the necessary details to ensure that my vehicle would be delivered on time. The representatives were not only approachable, but could be easily contacted via email or telephone. All my emails and phone calls were returned within 24 hours. When trying to schedule a pick-up for the vehicle, the Amerifreight team continually kept me in the loop regarding which carrier was selected, the qualifications of the carrier, and the timing of the whole process. As my vehicle was in transit, I could call the Amerifreight team at any time to check up on the status of the vehicle, which was very reassuring. Overall, a great experience!
