This customer placed an order at the Economy rate. Our team works to do everything possible to get a vehicle picked up. Sometimes a carrier will contact us requesting additional money to pickup a car. We always let the customer know this is an option. Customers always have the choice to pass on a carrier that requests additional money. As in this situation, the customer did not want to add the additional money, so we got the next available carrier to take it at the original quoted price.
