Took forever and kept asking for more money.

From the time I first called and set things up it took right at a month. They told me that they were having a hard time finding someone to pick up my vehicle and kept asking me to upgrade to priority and said that would insure a quicker shipment. I refused to pay more and told them that I was not going to budge and amazingly a few days later a carrier magically appeared and had my vehicle delivered in 3 days.

You really have to keep on these people and make sure if they change payment arrangements they don't do what they did to me and instead of giving me a credit they charged me in addition. Thankfully in the end I was refunded properly and my vehicle made it to the destination safely.

This customer placed his order at the Economy rate, which is a pickup window of an estimated 1-5 days. However, he had only specific dates that pickup could happen. At the Economy rate, which is our discounted rate, the customer must work around the carrier's schedule. (The Priority and Select Rate are designed for customers with specific time frames.) Our team did everything we could to accomodate the customer's particular pickup dates. After several attempts at the Economy rate, we suggested upgrading to Priority so that we could accomodate his specific dates. Fortunately for the customer, we eventually had a carrier who's schedule accomodated the customer's schedule.
