I would definitely use Amerifreight Services again. I was a little confused at first about how things worked. There was a lot of paperwork back and forth but they were very honest and straightforward about the expectations. I think their voicemail service should be improved because if you call someone and they're not working those hours, you can only leave a voicemail and not access someone that is working. That's simply a process improvement and a minor inconvenience. I give them a two thumbs up!
