This was an excellent experience. I picked AmeriFreight after an on line search of auto transport companies. There were several that looked good, but this one stood out because of good ratings on the Better Business Bureau, as well as on Auto Transport Reviews. Also, it was easily the lowest bid at $ 535. This was the economy rate, which concerned me a little that they might not work as hard to get me a carrier, since you can upgrade and pay more for faster service. However, they got a carrier lined up within 5 days to my surprise.

Contact with Leslie was quick and efficient. Details on the process of dealing with the carrier and getting the car to Texas were clear and straightforward. The carrier called me the day before his anticipated arrival. This guy was extremely nice and helpful. He was actually the owner of the company named Mora Transport. I called him multiple times on his cell phone before he arrived and multiple times during the transport of the car to Texas. He actually arrived one day early. He was concerned about low tree limbs in my neighborhood scratching the cars on his upper deck, so I met him on a main street outside my nieghborhood to load the car. He loaded the car very carefully and told me to call him anytime if needed, which I did. He got the car to Texas in 4 days and in great shape with no damage.

Basically, Amerifreight delivered on everything they said they would and did it for the best price. The economy rate is not a problem, unless you are under a time line. I would definitely use them again and recommmend them highly.
