AmeriFreight was one of over twenty five car shipping services I contacted for the cross country shipment of an Acura RL. After extensive review of what each service offered and their ratings on both the Better Business Bureau and Transportreviewers websites, I was confident that Amerifreight offered the best service at a top notch price. The customer service representative, Rachael, was excellent and kept me informed of the steps and timing. Amy, in dispatch, returned my call promptly and walked me through the shipping process including all needed detail on the driver, delivery estimates, total cost and any additional need to know information. The driver arrived a day early for the initial pick up and was polite, knowledgeable and very thorough in his vehicle inspection. In addition, I had direct contact with the driver right up to delivery, speaking with him on two occasions during transport as did the delivery end, with no issues or concerns. The entire process was flawless and I as well as the receiver are thrilled with the service. As if this was not enough, I was also given a free hotel voucher upon setting up the service and a Thirty Dollar rebate once service was completed. I will surely recommend Amerifreight to others and plan to use them again if the need arises.
