Overall, experience was good. Samantha Smith was my agent and she was extremely helpful. She was able to find me a carrier in a short amount of time and my pick-up/delivery went by decently. There were a few hiccups with the delivery times but it was all sorted out. Overall, I would say it was extremely pricey (I was told I could have paid a lot cheaper), but a smooth experience in the end.
