I had my vehicle picked up from a dealer on the east coast and delivered to me on the west coast. I recommend AmeriFreight because of their good customer service and willingness to work with the customers budget (they even gave me a discount because it took longer than expected to find a company). They are almost always available by phone and text and I appreciate not waiting on the phone listening to hold music. One suggestion I have is for the completion of the delivery service. In my case, the trailer transporting my vehicle broke down and no one told me. Not hearing any updates I called the transport company (Cargo Management Group) directly but no one answered (they are closed on weekends). I then called AmeriFreight and they gave me a 3 phone numbers to call myself, of which only one had a name. I eventually got in touch with the driver and he kept me updated as to his progress. Eventually my vehicle was delivered, but by a different driver. This driver was in a big rush (as he double parked a few blocks away). He did not wear a mask and was annoyed that I wanted to inspect my vehicle for damage. He also asked for a ride back to his truck, which I obliged. I never heard from AmeriFreight again until I was asked to write this review. Although I can generally recommend AmeriFreight (I do not recommend using Cargo Management Group) they should extend their solid attention to customer service at the end of the delivery, not just the beginning. I would have appreciated them following up and calling me to make sure my vehicle was delivered, especially since it was stranded for a few days on a broken down truck. Also, I was told they work with Cargo Management Group “all the time” so it is a bit strange they don’t have direct contacts with their drivers for emergency situations. 1501919957-VM
