Overall, it was a good experience. My vehicle arrived on-time and with no damage. I took one star off because I was given a low quote and I knew it would probably be more but I was given the impression that the quote was for the total amount. It is just for the transporter. AmeriFreight is a broker who hires the transporter so they need to get paid, too, which amounted to $240 plus $98 for insurance. on top of the $1000 for the transporter. Estimate was for $750 and total was $1338. I agreed because the price was now in the ballpark of estimates I had received from other car shippers. Transporter was ZRZ Trans LLC. The driver kept me informed and was right on time.
