2nd Time Shipping a Car and will never go anywhere but AmeriFreight again!

My husband worked with Jae Redmond to ship our car from Portland, OR to Durham, NC. We've used another shipping company in the past, but wanted to give AmeriFreight a shot. After this experience, we will never use another company besides AmeriFreight!! Jae was informative, kind, and incredibly helpful. Jae kept in touch with us during the entire experience and made us feel completely at ease. This was a breath of fresh air, as our last experience didn't keep in touch half as much. Igor's Trucking was the company that shipped our car and they were just as wonderful as Jae! Igor's had a dispatcher that also stayed in touch with us during the entire transaction. We received multiple updates on where our car was and when it will arrive. At pick up and drop off, Igor's Trucking was at the designated area before we arrived. They made it to Durham, NC in less time than anticipated. They happily modified the drop off area and approved a friend to pick up our vehicle, as we had not made it to North Carolina yet. This was the easiest transaction we've experienced. It's been an absolute pleasure working with Jae Redmond, AmeriFreight, and Igor's Trucking. 100% would recommend!!
