I have never shipped a vehicle before and was very apprehensive about it. My AmeriFreight agent (Maleah Sanders) explained the entire process, what to expect, what could happen, etc. The vehicle was picked up on time and delivered 2 days sooner than I expected which worked out fine. The entire experience, from communication to payment to pickup and delivery was great. The price was higher than initially quoted, but I expected that to occur and was prepared for that. I was given an opportunity to decline the shipment if I didn't like the price. I did not feel pressured in any way by my agent. I would highly recommend AmeriFreight, especially if you work with Maleah.
