Much more expensive than quote, failed to contact me when salesperson left company

I was first assigned to someone at AmeriFreight after I got a quote of about $1300 to ship my car from Boston to Seattle. My car was posted on the board and I thought I was all set. I later had to follow up with a few questions, but didn't get an email response. It turned out that the salesperson I was assigned to left the company and they never told me. Thankfully I figured this out early on so I could be connected with someone new. I ended up paying closer to $1750. Sure, my car arrived in a reasonable amount of time but that was significantly more expensive than the quote and quotes from other companies. Next time I'll try a different company.
