The quality of the Customer service personnel was excellent. Quick and courteous. They answered all questions and were friendly. There were a couple of opportunities to move the car earlier than we (seller and I) were ready.. as there was paperwork pending. My experience with these folks was excellent and professional...

On the downside, I am not at all happy with the $300 gift process and rules. I do not hold the customer service folks accountable for the company policy and approach to this "offer". It is NOT clear in the initial documentation how this works, that I would have to PAY to get it started, that it took 12 months to complete and that I had to actually spend money to get the offer. The initial documentation led one to believe that $300 was available for making the choice to use this company. In my view, this is false and misleading advertising.. AGAIN, this is not the fault of the CS folks... I am extremely unhappy with this part of the experience.

We are sorry that the customer felt misled concerning the vouchers we offer. The vouchers are from an outsourced partner. They have their own terms/conditions on how to redeem the vouchers that must be followed. Our staff aims to be very upfront with all special offers. We have taken steps to rectify this situation with the customer. We have also made extra efforts to make sure this does not happen to future customers.
