I ordered a pick up via Amerifreight and overall had an excellent experience with the Amerifreight customer service and sales team. I received a very good competitive quote ($830.00) and the team worked with me to find a carrier who could pick up my car to accommodate my tight flight itinerary. We ran into a few snafus as the carrier had a mechanical problem with the original truck that was scheduled to transport my vehicle from LA to Boston. Despite the problem, the Amerifreight team again worked with me to transport my vehicle to a holding yard on 2/13 until the car could be picked up by the next transport truck. My only issue was the 16 day delivery window, as I had anticipated a 7-10 day drop off. I was frustrated that I was given a variety of times to expect the delivery of my car, and waited around all week thinking that it was being dropped off when it was actually out in the Mid West. I was initially told 2/22 -2/23 and then subsequently told many different dates during the week prior to the ultimate delivery on Saturday 2/28. Amerifreight was excellent to deal with and made every attempt to have the delivery run as smoothly as possible- updating me with phone calls and emails. The carrier, Exotic could have been more accurate in their delivery estimations- which is my biggest frustration- however, my car was dropped off in good condition with no obvious problems, no dents, no excessive dirt or additional wear or tear. The contact guy ( Mike) returned my calls and did his best to try to pinpoint when the car would actually be dropped off.

The local driver ( Lester) was courteous, honest, and super friendly and was great to deal with when the car was dropped off- apologizing for any delays and acknowledging the frustration that I had felt. The car was dropped off in a closed carrier and I was relieved to see that my car looked to be in great shape.
