I first came across AmeriFreight went I search the internet for a transport company to transport my step daughter car to California. My wife was doubtful with the internet search. However, I talked with Bob Turner from AmeriFreight. Bob sounded so professional that I was convince and talked to my wife about the offer. I had called other transport companies, but their prices were ether high or they did not returned my called.
After my first contact with Bob Turner, I was convinced that this is the person I want to transport my daughter car. The prices were very reasonable. Bob gave me different options and explain every option to my understanding. I was very satisfied with the price. I accepted the $795.00, with $195.00 deposit price, which was very reasonable and affordable. Bob called me after two days and told me that someone was willing to take my car, but the driver was asking $700.00. Bob also discounted me on the extra and he also gave me $20.00 student discount.
My transaction with Bob was handled professionally and from pick up to delivery was all on time. Bob also contacted me by email which was very effective. He talked to me on the phone and sent me an email detailing the information. This was one effective way to transact business and Bob was very good at this. He did a very good follow up and make sure that I got all my questions answer to my satisfaction. The truck driver was incredible. Kevin Gebetz did a excellent job. My daughter car reached California safely and in the same condition I send it. Kevin also delivered the car on time as promise.
I appreciate Bob Turner for his experience and professionalism. I will recommend AmeriFreight to family, friends and to anyone.
