About This Quote
We are a 5-star auto transport company, 7-years in a row. We are 1 of only a handful of companies on a website of nearly 2000 transporters with a 100% customer satisfaction rating. This is different than 5-stars as all of our reviewers have been satisfied and we've received no negative press. Please, read the reviews. It gives you invaluable insight into the practices of our competitors. We also have an A rating with the BBB of Massachusetts.
Experience is the key to a successful move and the only one you will speak with regarding your transport needs is the owner, Eric Sailer. We are not interested in moving the most cars in this industry. We are not interested in being the cheapest company on the internet. We are simply interested in every customer being satisfied with our service.
Our process is a simple one. Educate each customer, pay the carriers a fair wage, and manage the transport from beginning to end. We typically can locate a carrier within just a few days of placing your order. We mostly use small “mom & pop” carriers because they:
1. Maintain their equipment.
2. Move swiftly to their destination.
3. Value their customers and the brokers that pay them well.
Transport Tip #2:
The Motor Carrier number (MC #) is distributed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration in sequential order. If the company you wish to do business with has an MC # greater than 600,000, they have probably been in business less than a year, or they have recently had their license revoked and have started a new business with an alternate name and/or owners. This business is highly cyclical and rates change week-to-week. Understanding the ebb and flow of highly competitive routes is important and ensures a timely transport for your vehicle.
Transport Tip #23:
It is less important what you pay and more important what the carrier gets paid. More money to the carriers will lead to a more timely transport by more professional companies. Ask your broker, what do you think the carrier will get paid to move my vehicle?

About This Quote
***Non existent ZIP Code: 00926, please re-submit or call me. Thanks!***
We thank you for considering AutoStar Transport (Motor Carrier# 600908). This price includes door to door service, direct, nonstop, one truck transport, full coverage insurance, vehicle transport tracking, and all taxes, tolls and fuel charges ARE included.
**Please note, our prices are based on the average rate on a given route over a reporting period of 6 months, as well as fluctuating rates in the price of diesel. However, we are more than willing to work with you to stay within your budget, and many times we are able to provide discounted rates. We are also willing to match or beat the price of other 5 star companies, provided they have been in business for 2 or more years and have at least 200 client reviews. **
We also offer 4 shipping options for your convenience:
1) Budget rate: generally ships within 1-7 business days from first available date (FAD)
2) Priority rate: add $175 to the budget rate; ships within 1-4 business days from FAD.
3) Express rate: add $295 to the budget rate; ships within 1-2 business days from FAD.
4) U-QUOTE Program: this option allows the shipper to control the price being offered to a carrier; generally, shipper’s bid must be within 25% of our recommended price to have any chance of moving. This option is NOT recommended for those who are not completely flexible with their timeframes. If initial bid is accepted, then AutoStar will dispatch the driver that has accepted the initial bid to pick up the shipper’s vehicle. If drivers do not accept the initial bid and a driver counter offers, it is up to the customer to accept or decline this offer. If the customer declines the offer, then the search continues. The customer has the right to increase his or her bid at anytime.
We would love to have the opportunity to go over some of your options with you. Please give us a call toll free to speak with one of our transport coordinators.
Hope to hear from you soon!
