Please see below for more information on the different rates. The quoted rate includes all insurances, deposits, taxes and fees. There are no hidden charges.
RATE EXPLANATION
Economy Saver (ES) Rate: A STANDBY rate. We bid on your behalf to fill an empty spot on a carrier who wishes to complete a load. This is the absolute discounted bargain rate for shipping your vehicle. PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER IF YOU ARE PRESSED FOR TIME.
This rate is discounted lower than the PP rate.
Around 70% of our customers who choose this rate have their cars moved within 5 business days from the date the vehicle is available for shipping. (Vehicle Availability Date (VAD))
Carriers may contact us requesting a higher rate in order to take your vehicle, which generally will still be lower than the average. We will contact you to confirm. If you are not prepared to bid more, we will continue seeking a carrier to move your vehicle at the ES.
OUR ES PROMISE - If a vehicle has not been picked up after 5 business days of the VAD, we will either:
cancel your order at any time and refund any moneys paid or
allow you an upgrade to the PP at a discount and have your vehicle picked up within 5 days or
add $25 from our account and continue offering your vehicle to our carriers at the ESR until it is moved with the option of customer adding $50 increments or accepting a counter offer from a carrier till the vehicle is assigned to a carrier or upgrading to the Priority Preferred Rate at any time. If AMERIFREIGHT is unable to secure a carrier within 15 work days from the vehicle availability date at the quoted Economy Saver Rate including $25 added to the rate by AMERIFREIGHT, and the Customer is unwilling to add more money to the the bid, AMERIFREIGHT reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any moneys paid in full, without any further liablity to AMERIFREIGHT.
Priority Preferred (PP) Rate: Pickup within 5 days.
The recommended rate for shipping your vehicle. Around 65% of our customers use this rate option as it is a good balance between a fair rate for customers and carrier to expedite pickup.
Pickup will be within 5 full business days from the day after the vehicle availability date (VAD).
Rates are very comparable to the average economy rates of reputable car shipping companies, except we offer expedited service at a budget rate.
OUR PP PROMISE - If a vehicle is not picked up at the specified time we will either
cancel your order at any time and refund any moneys paid or
allow you an upgrade to the SE rate with a discount and have your vehicle picked up within 48 hours or
add $50 from our account and continue offering your vehicle to our carriers at the PP rate until it is moved with the option of customer adding increments of $50 till the vehicle is assigned to a carrier or upgrading to the Select Express Rate at any time.
Select Express (SE) Rate: Pickup within 2 days.
Pickup will be within 2 full business days after the vehicle availability date (VAD).
Rates are very comparable to the average economy rates of reputable car shipping companies, except we offer expedited service at a budget rate.
OUR SE PROMISE - If a vehicle is not picked up at the specified time we will either
cancel your order at any time and refund any moneys paid or
allow you an upgrade to the FC at a $75.00 discount and have your vehicle picked up within 24 hours or
add $75 from our account and continue offering your vehicle to our carriers at the SER until it is moved with the option of customer adding increments of $50 till the vehicle is assigned to a carrier or upgrading to the First Class Rate at any time.
First Class (FC) Rate: For the discerning customers. Pickup the same or the next day and a guaranteed delivery date.
Pickup will be on the same or one day after the vehicle availability date (VAD).
The Guaranteed Delivery Date will be determined at the time of dispatch, based on the estimated delivery times of
Coast to coast, 7 to 10 days
North to South 5 to 7 days
Diagonal NE to SW 10 to 15 days
Car will be washed before delivery
Guaranteed top load to ensure no spilling of oil or articles form overhead vehicles
Shipment by one of our preferred select carriers, often enclosed, but not guaranteed.
Same truck transport guarantee. Vehicle will not be moved from one truck to another during the end to end shipment process
Preferred customer treatment. Direct contact with our logistics manager and truck driver for continuous updates on the transportation process.
OUR FC PROMISE - If a vehicle is not picked up at the specified time we will either
cancel your order at any time and refund any moneys paid or
Add $100 from our account and continue offering your vehicle to our carriers at the FC rate until it is moved with the option of canceling your order at a full refund of all monies paid.

Transport Tip #2:
The Motor Carrier numbers (MC #) are distributed by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration in sequential order. If the company you wish to do business with has an MC # greater than 550,000, they have probably been in business less than a year, or they have recently had their licensed revoked and have started a new business with an alternate name/owners. This business is highly cyclical; experience is the key to successful and timely transports.
Transport Tip #42:
Please, do not ever pay a deposit!! You should always have the full details of the transport (carrier’s name, estimated date of pick-up and delivery, driver’s name & phone number, and the dispatcher’s name and phone number) prior to paying any sum of money.
