Aaron was great however when I asked if they'd match a price he put the supervisor on phone. The supervisor was talking to those around him about how and I quote, "I don't like this guy" followed by threatening language to me.
I did not have a problem with Aaron or the people who transported my vehicle they were great. It got here a day later than planned but they were great with keeping me informed.
The supervisor was so rude, unprofessional and did not have good customer service skills.
After I had paid for their services I received a quote for $100 less, I would have rather gone with them but it was too late.

It is very suprising that this customer would give us a negative rating, since we were able to pick up his vehicle on time and delivered it without any incidents. We do aologize if one of our superivisors said that "I dont like this guy",. But at no time and ever was any threatening words were used, this is a complete fabrication of the truth! All our employees and suervisors are very professional and knowlagable and they would never use this type of language. We at Viking Auto Transport will go out of our way to try to satisfy every customer 100% of all the time.
