Contacty was knowledgable and friendly. The pick-up happened fairly promptly. The delivery was delayed a day due to equipment problems but that really wasn't a problem. The truck arrived late at night but the driver gave me the option of getting the vehicle then or he'd bring it back in the morning. Overall good experience and my car is here.
