I would have liked it better had I been able to contact the driver directly. I was told to expect delivery on a day that I had people wait all day for delivery. However, the delivery was at a later date. Direct communications with the driver would have let us know to prepare for delivery a couple of days later. The Viking delivery personnel were very professional and handled our vehicle with care. We will contact Viking again if a need arises.
