This is the 2nd time I've shipped a car from the east coast to Hawaii using Upscale Auto Transport. The first time I was a little nervous but 2nd time around the whole process was easy from start to finish. On my first call, I got a quote from Tania and gave her a pick up window for the driver. A docusign email later and the shipment was booked. Once my car reached Matson I was able to use Matson's web site to get an idea of when the car would arrive and track it's progress. This morning Tania called me to tell me the car was ready for pick up and now I've got my car. Knowing what to expect made the process as stress free as it could be.
