I bought a car in a very distant locale ( sight unseen ); thus, I needed auto transport, for 1st time.. I hit button for online search for multiple quotes. (Call me crazy,.its true.) NB: vehicle to come from NW; in winter; during 1 of worst cold snaps- to be delivered to SE FL. I selected Upscale from the numerous responses received for many reasons : it was neither lowest nor highest quote; Jackie S , agent , included much info in response, i.e. things client should know; services and guarantees; they vet their carriers; and, Jackie S always answered her phone. Face it- all you want is to get car from point A to point B, intact. I recommend Upscale, heartily, mostly because of Jackie S. And, my carrier was just as good . I'm most happy doing business with Upscale.
