I have made multiple attempts to get my automobile request off their board since they have not fulfilled their obligation in delivery of my car. Your Agent, Tanya is extremely rude and unprofessional and hung up on me and my lawyer several times prior to screaming and yelling. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. Your company is horrible and I am reporting you to the BBB along with the Fraud agency. I have requested my deposit back on several occasions. You are a fraud. My car was supposed to be delivered within a 10-day window. It is now over 2 weeks.
