While the car was transported in a timely manner, the claim of zero-deductible insurance coverage was misleading at best. My MB 500SL was put on the trailer without visible damage but arrived the next day at the MB repair facility with a severe tear in the driver's side window tinting significantly blocking my view of the rear view mirror. The owner of the facility claims that the car arrived at the shop with the damage. When I appealed to Milton Greer to facilitate an insurance claim from Upscale, he said he would get the claim information to me in timely fashion. That was two months ago.

I've sent pictures and several reminders and even left a chat message with no response. I will now have to pay the repair out of pocket. This is false advertising at best and negligence at least. Either way, the followup customer service is seriously lacking. If they ever respond to this issue, I'll be happy to rescind this review.
