Awful Communication and Dishonesty

At the time of pick up, the driver guaranteed a 5-day delivery. Five days came and went and I did not receive a 24-hour notice call like I was told I would get. Instead, I called the company's main line with no luck, and then the driver. After four or five voicemails to the driver, he called back and let me know he dropped my car off in Queens (a bad side of Long Island) with a friend and he was already back toward California. He told me to never call him again, that I was annoying, and to chill out. I called his friend who had my car, who then called me a white supremacist b****, said he does not care about the customers and just wants to be left alone. After filing a police report against him and his company, he delivered my car. If you want a carefree, stress-free, and open communication transport, DO NOT use this company.

Good Morning. The reason why you didn't get in touch with us was because our office caught on fire. Now we are in a new office and everything is going great. I'm sorry for the inconvenience you had with the driver.
