Texas to CA...Great, Cheap, Reliable

My main contact person was Randy Johnson who was very prompt about answering my e-mails and returning my phone calls even though I could tell that he was busy. The dispatchers were as honest in terms of being upfront about having things in the car even though the weight changed from 100-150 pounds. The company they contracted out for my pick-up was Sergio from SGF Trucking. He was on time, very courteous and most of all he was honest. Sergio apologized that car was a little dirty when it arrived, but it had rained in Texas and honestly, that should be expected. Everything in the car arrived in the condition that it was sent, and there was no damage to the vehicle. Also, I tipped Sergio in advance because I wasn't sure if my parents would tip him when he dropped off and when they tipped him as well, he actually told them that he had already been tipped and didn't take the extra cash. He also texted me when the car arrived to tell me that it was there. I had heard a lot of horror stories from friends about their experiences shipping cars so I was grateful to have such a Great experience. I would def. recommend!!
