My experience with UAT was a bit difficult at first, as I was trying to get my vehicle shipped in January. However, the carrier broke down. I gave it another chance and had my vehicle shipped a few days ago. The driver contacted me and made me aware of when the vehicle would arrive to it's destination. I didn't have a window pick-up time, but the driver was very nice and worked with me in case I was not available at home allowing more time until someone was home. Overall, car was in good condition and it was smooth sailing from there on out. Thanks UAT.
