Damaged Vehicle and NO INSURANCE

14 minutes agoNEW To start my father, the owner of the vehicle is a 79 year old Veteran and this is how he’s being treated. Their website says insured and hassle free shipping. This couldn't be further from the truth. I had my fathers honda shipped from Washington State to Texas on August 2nd, 2023. They took pictures of the pickup and delivery. I have pictures of the damage they caused to the vehicle, which is irrefutable. The driver says he didn't do it. Ultimate transport after a week still doesn't have his insurance policy for me. I had to find it out for myself. Then, I talk to his insurance and he has a 1,000 dollar deductible that I have to pay and get the money from the driver, who doesn't want to even give his policy number. I am getting the run around from ultimate transport. You can clearly see the damage on the rocker panel in their pics. This is far from hassle free, more like Ultimate Headache movers. I'd give minus stars if it was possible. So, After working on this claim with Carriers insurance I was told by Carriers insurance they he isn't responding to them. They said they will have to deny the claim. They also said he has a 1,000 dollar deductible that I will have to pay and recover from him even if he decides to contact them. So, if damage is 2,000 they will send a check for 1,000 and I have to contact him for the remaining balance. We all know how that will go. So, to sum it up, If something happens Ultimate Transport 123 has zero to do with your claim and won't help you in any way. You will have to repair the vehicle with your own money.. They then state, read your contract. lol, on their website it states hassle free and insured. Contact a better transport company for your vehicle needs.
