Pickup and delivery went smoothly - the big issue is that driver did show up day early after I had written confirm for the next day. Luckily for him, I did not have a meeting that morning and was still home. Otherwise he might have had to wait until I was able to free up. He apologized for not letting me know but it just worked out because of shear luck. Have to cross your Ts and dot your i always. I have a client in the Household moving business and I have been in their office many days where the inside sales staff is calling customers two days in advance to confirm the move date and time. It is just good business practice.
