This was a first for ME. I've never transported a car from anywhere, but I Graduated with my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I was rewarding myself with a 12 Jaguar XJ and a trip out of State instead of walking across the stage.
Well, the over all experience of transporting a car was a living HELL (Don't use Sonic Auto Transport in Messa CA, ever.) I decided to respond to Jerry at Ultimate Transport 123, and Jerry has been Honest, Genuine, upfront, and Professional the entire time. When I even confronted Jerry with the small number of bad reviews online, Jerry made no excuses, and I LIKED THAT, because he was being REAL! Jerry walked me through every step, he didn't rush me or scare me into signing a contract with Ultimate Transport 123 like the OTHER COMPANIES DID. Jerry didn't have an attitude when I confronted him about the small number of bad reviews or just what I learned in a few days for dealing with other companies that have NO MORAL COMPASS. This Feild isn't regulated much and they will Lie lie lie! I didn't have this problem with Jerry. Safe Transport is who they used, these fellas were professional, direct and worked with the dealership in California to inspect the Jag and send me the inspection paperwork. I also inspected the Jag once it arrived a DAY for I traveled out of state. The day I spoke with Jerry they found transport, and the driver wanted to pick the car up that day! Their service was super FAST. The car was dirty due to traveling from California and other Dusty States like Arizona Texas etc, to make it to Sweet Home Alabama. I detailed the Jag, so that wasn't a problem. Also, Ultimate Transport 123 offers door2door service but I didn't want that service because of privacy issues and not wanting the driver to drive my new Jag. So I was able to meet the driver at Walmart to drive my car happily home myself. Jerry educated me honestly about my transport and helped me deal with another transport company that was taking advantage of me, but only because I asked him for help. I'm really HAPPY, because dealing with the other companies was hell on earth. I didn't know who to trust, they literally SCARE you into doing business with them, Jerry didn't do this. I got to know Jerry a little and where he is from. We both shared cultural stories as well.
Lastly, the price was higher than what I wanted to pay, especially because of all the low ball prices I was given by other companies. See, they bid out these prices to DRIVERS and the driver have to agree to take these prices, if other companies low ball them, more than likely you won't find a driver, because their not taking such low pay to transport you car unless they have 1-2 extra spaces to fill their truck up, or business is slow. And business isn't slow. Upon pick UP Ultimate Transport receives their payment and the rest that you own from your quote goes to the driver when they drop off your car. So watch out for the low ballers, just lay the 2-3 hundred extra based on the low ball offers other companies bait you with, and trust me, you'll be happy. It wasn't expensive but fair. The pricing unknown seems crazy due to the low offers from others but you have to watch out for that. What helped me is that, I gauged the prices from all my quotes and I saw that Ultimate Transport 123 was in the middle. I'm telling you this so, you won't experience the worst parts of what it is to transport your car. So, ask for JERRY, I can't speak to their other Agents, I'm sure their wonderful, but Jerry came through for ME!!! Thank you Again Jerry... My car arrive 2 days before I graduated and 1 day before I left to celebrate.y graduation.
Try Ultimate Transport 123, you won't be disappointed. I hope my review helps you. I tried to write in a way that I wanted someone to be REAL AND HONEST with me when I was doing this as a first timer.
