Too many promises made by Dana the gal who handled our transport that did not go smoothly!! Pickup of our vehicle was made for a Monday...driver never showed. They replied "we can't find our driver"??? Driver showed up on Wednesday. Dana also promised the truck would be fine coming into the trailer park. Truck could not fit into our driveway. So much for "door to door service". The vehicle had to be taken to wherever the truck was. We would NEVER recommend Ultimate Transport to anyone. As far as any refund, they totally ignored my emails. Car also delivered covered in hydraulic oil!!!
