This is a great company to work with. I had a reservation with another carrier and several days passed with no communication. I then switched and got Ultimate Transport 123. They had a driver within 24hrs. It was going great but truck broke down on way to pick up. No problem. UT 123 had another truck on the way and I got my new car basically within a few hours of when originally scheduled. Sometimes things unforeseen happen and it did in my case. That's what made the difference, UT123 got on it and fixed the issue seamlessly. Great group to work with and they will be my first call next time I need to transport a vehicle.
