I went to 123 after a horrible time with another company. I spoke to Casey , we set up the pickup . On my end in TX a lot was happening, grad school, new organization , living in a dorm… low finances. The driver Albert was so kind. I was expecting stipend $ into my account and it had not dispersed. We spoke on the phone and the last conversation we had he told me : Miss Susan don’t be sad , I’m in TX until Friday afternoon. You call me Friday when you are ready. The stipend was on by Friday and he came to the campus and delivered my car! Very kind. A little kindness, communication and compassion goes a long way. Thank you everyone at 1,2,3 Shipping.
