I thought they were great. The first company could not get the vehicle picked up within their promised 5 days and I had purchased the car online at a car auction so every extra day was a new charge for storage. I made contact on Friday with another transport and the representative seemed great . . . until a representative contacted me ready to go but the quote was $200 more. In came Ultimate Transport 123 on that Monday with a driver reader to go. He had it here early the next morning. I felt horrible because I had accidentally left the phone off the hook. The truck was so large he couldnt come up our rural driveway. It was so cold and the drivers was walking up and down the highway because our dogs were barking. He had every right to be mad! He not only wasn't but very sweet and professional. I added a tip. Car was in fine shape. Just an all-around good experience after I feared it was turning into a nightmare. So here's to Ultimate Transport 123. Bravo.
