My car was shipped in a good condition from Georgia to California.
Reason for a 4 star is because I had called the number that was provided for an update and the guy that answered was rude and said not to call again and the driver will call when he is there.
So I was little worried and I got the customer service number online. The lady answered and was helpful, left the voicemail to the driver to call back and he did so.
The driver kept updating me eventhough when there was a delay to drop my car because one of the client didn’t answer. His communication was awesome when he got here.
Other than that, great shipping experience. Will be using UT123 again if I am shipping my car again in the future ??
