We were moving from Fl to IN and needed to transport one of the cars we have. The customer service was quick in the process and not complicated. But the truck assigned for us broke down and they were going to delay for a week. So I called the customer service and they managed to find me another driver that can pick up our car on time and deliver in 3 days. They collect down payment thru your credit card the time they pick up the car and you pay the balance in cash to the driver when the car delivered.
