Communication of the car being picked up… I had to call the lady versus her calling me. The initial booking of the car was top notch, delivery and the guy delivering it was top notch. The lady in between was not, I had to call her, I had to ask her versus me getting a GPS link etc. she did answer every time I called though- So that’s a positive, but little things like the pick up of the car, the driver was 1-hr away and I happened to call when he was one hour away Bc I hadn’t heard from her. Then I never received a GPS tracking etc. Also, I had to ask her what forms of payment Bc the booking guy Said it would be my card and she said Venmo or cash app. Luckily I use Venmo. So again.. step one and step 3 We’re great but step two was not. But I also know mistakes happen and all that matters is my car got here. It was super fast! I booked it Wednesday and the car arrived Sunday . That was from Utah all the way to Florida!
