We contracted with Ultimate Transport 123 to transport five vehicles from CA to CO. The cars never showed up in Colorado. We contacted 123 customer service and dispatch numerous times over the next two weeks for updates on our missing cars. No one could tell us where the driver or our cars were. Frustrated with 123's lack of concern and/or communication we filed a stolen property report. Within one day of filing the report we were notified by AZ DPS that our cars were destroyed and the driver tragically died two weeks earlier. It is now three months later. We've been working with the driver's insurance company for the loss of our cars. Ultimate Transport 123 continues to be a nightmare to work with. 123 does not call back. Their customer service dept is not empowered to do anything including forwarding the call to their supervisor. Both the Insurance agent and I have left messages and NO ONE CALLS BACK. Oh wait, I did get a call from "Mary" in accounting. She was not happy that we disputed the $2,550 deposit with our cc company and were able to get that reimbursed to us. She DEMANDED that we have the cc company reverse this and then she would send us a check for the $2,550. WHAT?! I'd left messages requesting a deposit refund and never got anything other than "someone will call you back." Nope, they never did, so we went the cc route. At no point have we been less that courteous, specifically because the driver died. However three months of lack of communication is enough. All we have been asking for is 123 to respond to our calls, specifically the calls from the insurance agent. Come on 123!! At least call the insurance agent back, so we can move forward on our claim.
