The good - The carrier was great and delivered ahead of schedule. Really nice people and very proactive with their communication. Great pick! The bad - The salesperson was too aggressive, pushy and didn't listen much. The final price of $800 was above the average of $700; and, Doug started with a quote of $1,100! The paperwork showed a deposit of $300 and a balance of $500 and that created confusion since the COD was $600. We got that clarified, but it was avoidable. DO NOT trust the first number they give you! If I wouldn’t have pushed back, Doug would have taken serious advantage of me and of anyone that trusted him. He was the reason for not giving 5 stars. He could have started with his best price and avoid the unpleasant back and forth.
