I was not able to get my vehicle picked up as scheduled. I was not notified of any delays with my scheduled pick up. The communication between the driver, Ultimate Transport 123 and the customer definitely needs some work. After I was able to get a hold of the driver it was a smooth transition. My vehicle arrived with no issues or concerns. Price was fair and every time I called there was an after hour operator who was available.
