The driver was very nice and did a good job transporting car from and to new location. My only issue was the payment. I clearly told their customer service that I wanted to pay for the bill up front since I was not going to be at the drop off location. I did not want a relative to have to have $800 cash available for the delivery. When the driver arrived at the drop off location, they were looking for $800 cash. I told the dispatcher that the bill should have been in full 5v days prior. When I tried to pay with a credit card at delivery they said they couldn't take a credit card. This was very odd since I put down the deposit with a credit card. Ultimately they took a credit card after bickering for over 30 minutes. Get payment terms full established up front!!
