Booking was ok. But first drivers truck broke down before picking up vehicle. 2nd driver was assigned and he got vehicle here in time but car had damage to drivers door. Driver asked that we get an estimate so he did not report to his insurance, which we did. In fact 2 estimates. He paid half and said he would pay other half in 2 weeks. He will not return my messages now for the other half. Now i will have to pay out of pocket for the repairs.
